| In the run-up to the launch of bolero.net,
the Association could already claim over 200 members. Post launch, the Association has
committed itself to supporting the development of Bolero. Any organisation that
becomes a bolero.net user is automatically a member of the Bolero Association. In
addition, individuals and cross-industry bodies with an interest in bolero.net can join
the Bolero community, and qualify for associate membership. Each person joining the
Association will be required to enter into a standard form Service Agreement which covers
the terms and conditions of the services provided.

Association the member will be able to: |

who share a common vision in the creation of the Bolero System |

become part of future international user
groups who will have the opportunity to contribute to the design evolution of the
Bolero System by joining association working groups |

have the right to attend Association meetings
at which briefings on the latest developments will be provided |

| Any legal or natural
person may apply to be a member or participant in the Bolero Association provided that: |

the entity is engaged in national or
international trade or is an association of such entities |
